Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping is calculated on a product basis with the weight and destination included. For all our products we aim for 4-6 days delivery. Please allow time for holidays and weekends. Unfortunately, we rely on 3rd party services to deliver our goodies. We check with them daily and check where our orders are. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code to check where your goodies are at all times.

Returns & Replacements
For returns please contact With all our goodies we ensure all of your products are packaged safely. Our products are wrapped in bubble wrap. Should you get a damaged product please contact us immediately. We will send a courier company too collect the damaged goods and we will liaise with you on the replacement.
Ordering on our website is super simple. Just select the product you want to buy, once you are ready to pay, simply click on the Checkout or Cart icon at the top. Enter your details and the order process is done. We have tried to put as much information as we can about our products. We also have a digital copy of our catalogue with an order form should you wish to order this way. 
Payfast to pay with your credit cards. Payfast is a secure online payment gateway that allows you to feel secure when making payments. We also have an EFT option for internet transfers.
Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation. This will have the details or your order. We will create an account for you and send you your login details. If you want to see all your orders, click on the login icon at the top of the page, and you are able to edit your details and view your history with Magoo.
