How do I buy something?

Purchasing with Magoo is a straight forward process. You simply order your product online or contact us via phone or email and we will process your order.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

No you do not. We have a guest checkout option that allows you to purchase once off items.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

If you have lost your password at the top right of the website in the header is a user icon, a drop down will appear, you simply log in and the forgot password link is there.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa and Master-card payment methods and Internet Transfers for orders that have been placed via the telephone or email.

Why don't you ship to my country?

We only ship within South Africa online. Should you have an enquiry for an overseas delivery please contact us at info@magoo.co.za

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is calculated based on your location and the goods you are ordering.

We offer pick up in Cape Town, Courier door to door and Post Office options.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Courier 6-8 working days.

Post office can take up to 10 working days

How do I get a refund?

For refunds please contact us at info@magoo.co.za with your order number.

What payment security do you have?

Our payment provider is Payfast who meet all the online requirements for the Consumer Protection act and the banks legal requirements.
